MTS operates another website, The Collective Bargaining System, which allows collective bargaining teams to manage the collective bargaining process through a simple, web browser interface and provides access to supporting information and historical collective agreements through full text searching and intuitive hypertext browsing.
All collective agreements are online and searchable in different ways. Much of the material is available only to bargainers.
