Join us for a day of dance camp. Along with movement classes, we will spend the day deconstructing the butterfly to help you better understand how to interpret and teach the dance curriculum.

08:30 am - 09:00 am - Registration
09:00 am - 09:30 am - Warm-up with Johanne Gingras
09:30 am - 10:30 am - Movement session 1: HipHop with Dammecia Hall or Bollywood with Jeeven Valel
10:30 am - 10:45 am - Coffee and Snack Break
10:45 am - 11:45 am - Movement Session 2: HipHop with Dammecia Hall or Bollywood with Jeeven Valel
11:45 am - 12:00 pm - AGM
12:00 pm - 01:00 pm - Lunch: Participants have the option to pre-order a bagged lunch provided by Stella’s ($20 add-on).
01:00 pm - 02:00 pm - Movement session and curriculum connections choice of:
A)Early Years with Sarah Roche
B)Senior Years with Tara Smith:
Both early and senior years are experiential sessions where participants will move through a lesson and walk away with practical instruction/assessment ideas that can be used in their own classroom.
02:00 pm - 02:15 pm - Break
02:15 pm - 03:15 pm - Camp Curiosity: Discuss points of interest with like-minded, curious teachers. Participants suggest topics of conversations and smaller group discussions are determined based on your own topics of interest.
03:15 - Draw for tickets to the RWB, WAG and South Studio Yoga.

The option to have a Lunch is provided for a cost of $20. The lunch option is roast chicken/vegetarian/egg salad sandwich option and veggie or fruit cup.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued after October 18, 2023.
