The Freeman Family Holocaust Education Centre of the Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada has emerged as the principal purveyor of education on the Holocaust and antisemitism. We reach thousands of students each year, as well as providing professional development for educators. We are enormously grateful to our local survivors who have graciously shared their stories with students. With a frightening resurgence of antisemitism, Holocaust distortion and denial, we play a pivotal role.
