Pride is an opportunity to celebrate, learn and stand in solidarity with 2STLGBQIA+ communities. Across Manitoba, educators and school staff play an important role in creating inclusive, affirming spaces where every student feels seen and supported.
Whether you’re attending a local Pride event or rally, marching alongside your colleagues or showing your support in your school, your participation helps build safer, more welcoming communities for all.
Resources For Educators

As part of our ongoing commitment to equity and the inclusion of 2STLGBQIA+ Identities in our schools, The Manitoba Teachers’ Society has created lesson plans for use in early years, middle years and senior years classrooms. Explore these classroom-friendly resources and lesson plans here.
