Both collective agreements expire on June 30, 2026.

Note: A resignation effective January 7, 2026, resulted in a vacancy on the committee. In accordance with the MTS Provincial Bargaining Protocol, the candidate from the most recent Seminar One election who received the next highest number of votes among those not elected was offered the position. Kevin Martens was identified as this candidate and has accepted the role.
