We want to hear from you about what matters most as we approach negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, MTS is launching the online Provincial Bargaining Survey. It is posted under \u201cQuick Links\u201d along the right hand side of your <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/memberlink.mbteach.org\/Login.aspx?ReturnURL=%2fEventDetails.aspx%3fEventID%3d2822\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MyProfile<\/a><\/em><\/strong> landing page and is open to all MTS members under the Provincial Bargaining Agreement. This excludes A\u00c9FM members, who will conduct their own survey to assist the bargaining committee at the Francophone table. It also excludes our federal bargaining units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey is voluntary, but we encourage you to participate as the collective bargaining power of MTS depends on the voices of teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and closes on Sunday, May 4, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s time to share your views and priorities as outlined in the Provincial Bargaining Protocol.
