Notice of Call
This notice is given in compliance with Bylaw II of The Manitoba Teachers’ Society.
The 104th Annual General Meeting of the Provincial Council of The Manitoba Teachers’ Society will be held beginning at 8:30 AM on May 25, 26 and 27, 2023 at the Fairmont Hotel, Winnipeg.
The Provincial Council consists of members of the current Provincial Executive and representatives named by Locals, the Council of School Leaders and the Éducatrices et éducateurs francophones du Manitoba.
The number of delegates representing each Local depends on the number of members in that Local. To view the Notice of Call in both English and French, click the link below.

Provincial Executive members have had a profound influence on the welfare of teachers, status of the teaching profession and creation of the public education system.
Interested in joining the Provincial Executive? The following positions must be filled for 2023-2025:
- President
- Vice President
- Five (5) positions for Members-at-Large
The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
