The Manitoba Teacher is the newsmagazine of The Manitoba Teachers' Society, the professional and collective bargaining representative for the province's 15,000 public school teachers.

The Manitoba Teacher is published seven times a year (September–June) by the publications department of MTS.
It has a circulation of 17,500.

Issue dates: September, October/November, December, January/February, March, April/May, and June.

While the voice of The Manitoba Teachers' Society, The Teacher
is also a forum for varying views and opinions on public education.
Articles and views published in The Teacher either in print or
online do not necessarily represent the views of the Society.
