The response to the above questions will suggest what your benefit and insurance needs will be after retirement.  After evaluating your needs, what options are available to you?

One option that has been available to retired Manitoba teachers for over 25 years is participation in the MTS Extended Health Plan.  This Plan was developed to provide teachers and retired teachers with financial support to fund those medical expenses not covered by the Manitoba health program and to protect against unforeseen medical expenses.
Over the years, the MTS Extended Health Plan has evolved to provide coverage at a reasonable cost for ever increasing health costs not funded by government.  The Plan has long history of fiscal stability and responsiveness to plan member expectations.
